A technical and creative services provider is in need of a Remote Junior Character Technical Artist in Redmond.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Collaborating with engineering, design, and art to achieve project goals
- Becoming an expert in workflows and pipelines
- Developing tools, scripts, plugins to streamline processes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Commercial Art, or related fields
- Knowledge in Python and MEL
- Knowledge of Animation principles and Kinematics
- Knowledge of Maya for animation and rigging
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Solid foundation in human anatomy and mechanical principles
