Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Foster a relationship between clients and our support team to solve technical issues for their employees
  • Follow up on contract renewals to reduce the potential of churn and create loyal, ongoing customer relationships
  • Work with our success team to further develop our client success strategy and maintain accurate customer records

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience working with, and managing, stakeholders and customers
  • Exceptional communication skills, highly organized and collaborative
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships, while working to drive engagement and mitigate churn
