A lifestyle employee benefits company is seeking a Remote Junior Customer Success Manager in Richmond.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Foster a relationship between clients and our support team to solve technical issues for their employees
- Follow up on contract renewals to reduce the potential of churn and create loyal, ongoing customer relationships
- Work with our success team to further develop our client success strategy and maintain accurate customer records
