Job Summary

A retail cosmetics company has a current position open for a Remote Junior Shopify Designer and Developer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Creating highly converting Shopify stores for e-commerce retailers
  • Designing/maintaining/rebuilding website as a theme, preserving customizations
  • Updating, optimizing and improving the Shopify store continually

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Shopify front end web development
  • Experience in building Shopify themes and custom sections with non-standard functionality
  • Prior demonstrable experience in using Shopify to build e-commerce sites
  • Deep understanding of cross-browser issues and code solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify e-commerce platforms
  • Must be an expert with HTML, CSS and JS
