Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Junior Software Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing demos of the product to new free users
  • Creating support systems, such as in product guides, webinars, and support content
  • Supporting existing customers by answering questions and showing new features
