A video hosting, sharing, and services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Knowledge Management Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Analyzing existing technology platforms
- Driving and refining service requirements
- Developing and evolving training, knowledge, reporting and quality functions
Required Skills:
- Experience with Zendesk help center is a must
- 5+ years of experience designing and building customer support help centers and sites
- Experience operating as a product manager in a service organization
- Experience with Change Management
- Ability to deeply understand the health and performance of a support team through data and metrics
