A video hosting, sharing, and services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Knowledge Management Senior Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Analyzing existing technology platforms
  • Driving and refining service requirements
  • Developing and evolving training, knowledge, reporting and quality functions

Required Skills:

  • Experience with Zendesk help center is a must
  • 5+ years of experience designing and building customer support help centers and sites
  • Experience operating as a product manager in a service organization
  • Experience with Change Management
  • Ability to deeply understand the health and performance of a support team through data and metrics
