Job Summary

An information technology and data science consultancy has an open position for a Remote L1 Technical Support Technician .

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Logging all Incident/Service Request details, allocating categorization and prioritization codes
  • Providing first-line investigation and diagnosis of all Incidents and Service Requests
  • Owning all Incidents and Service Requests throughout the lifecycle

Required Skills:

  • Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed
  • Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
  • Possesses strong data entry skills
  • Able to use common office equipment
