Job Summary

A biotechnology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Lab Relationship Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Supporting US Operation’s overall mission to stand up a functional, efficient, and effective Supply Chain
• Managing lab relationships and correspondence
• Monitoring lab performance, turn around times and SLAs

Position Requirements Include:

• Operations/Supply Chain experience in their current/past roles
• Capacity planning experience
• Vendor management experience and knowledge of common success metrics
• Data collection and reporting experience
