Job Summary

A language services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Language Services Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Receive inbound calls from variety of clients requesting to be connected to an interpreter
  • Collect data from requester to process the call timely and professionally
  • Contact available interpreters, follow call handling script, and connect requested language to requester.

Required Skills:

  • Texas residents only
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Ability to type 45 WPM
  • At least 1 year call center/ work from home experience
  • Must have quiet working space, private home office
  • Energetic and friendly
