Job Summary
A law firm has an open position for a Remote Law Firm Call Center Operations Specialist II.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering telephone, screen and direct calls
- Providing foreclosure related information to callers
- Reviewing and responding to client requests in a professional and timely manner
