Job Summary

A marketing company is seeking a Remote Lawn Care Vertical Team Lead.

Must be able to:

• Perform day-to-day managing of a team of service center agents
• Ensure processes and procedures are followed by the team
• Give clear and timely instructions, coaching and feedback to reps

Qualifications Include:

• 2+ years in Lawn/Yard Care Management
• Experience working in a service center environment
• Proven ability to meet minimum department metrics
• Strong knowledge of MS office products in addition to Google Sheets/Docs
• Solid Sales/Service background
