Job Summary

The manager in contact with all Sales Managers, assigning leads from marketing portals to Inside Sales Assistants (ISAs). Feeds warm leads and appointments to Sales Managers. Trains ISAs in our systems. Buys and generates lead prospect lists for ISAs using our tools.

Relevant Experience: No real estate experience necessary, but ideal candidate has some background in management of others. Lead Manager will be groomed, first starting in an ISA role to fully understand the systems, and then graduate to manager role after a period of 30-60 days, depending on progress.
