Job Summary
A communications provider has a current position open for a Remote Lead Compensation Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Determining the effectiveness of existing Compensation plans
- Providing recommendations for development of new plans or modifications to existing programs
- Contributing to the development, design and maintenance of the job description
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 6+ years of progressive experience in compensation administration or 4+ years with a Master's
- Advanced knowledge of compensation theories, principles, programs, trends and best practices
- Advanced level Excel skills
