Job Summary
A beverage company is filling a position for a Remote Lead Data Engineer in Preston.
Must be able to:
- Develop and optimize data pipelines, managing day-to-day maintenance and incremental scaling
- Build a strong, collaborative relationship with our supporting vendor, Cloud IQ
- Improve our data sets, combining data with aggregations and business logic to make it more accessible to end-users
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Can build and foster relationships internally and externally with people of all backgrounds and technical proficiency
- 3+ years of proven experience delivering technical engineering projects
- You're stellar at prioritization, time-management, and troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of SQL for the use of data extraction, cleansing, and analysis, as well as demonstrated ability to write code in Python, R, or Scala
