Job Summary

A software technology company has a current position open for a Remote Lead DevOps Engineer in New York City.

Must be able to:

  • Own architecture and solve technically hard problems
  • Work to create technical architecture, establish prioritization of the product features
  • Set standards for deployments at scale, infrastructure reliability and scalability

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Windows and Linux Scripting expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience with system design, algorithms, data structures, systems analysis
  • 7+ years of commercial experience in Windows, Linux, Azure, AWS
  • Knowledge of scripting languages and main concepts of Object Oriented programming
  • Expert level of scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash)
