Job Summary
A shoemaking company is in need of a Remote Lead Ecommerce UX Designer in Portland.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Guiding the strategic process for UX design thinking, developing UX design vision and strategy
- Identifying opportunities for development within key initiatives based on analysis, research and user testing
- Developing and executing UX/UI design, vision and deliverables for all LFI brand websites
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 6+ years of professional experience in UX design; 3+ years in in the ecommerce industry specifically
- User experience design portfolio that clearly demonstrates consumer-oriented design solutions for complex problems
- Ability to leverage metrics, optimization, and qualitative and quantitative research to inform and validate design decisions
- Ability to distill complex problems into simple and elegant solutions that work across all device types
- In-depth understanding of mobile-first responsive design
- Expertise in Sketch and InVision
