Job Summary

A delivery order platform for the restaurant industry has a current position open for a Remote Lead Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of client business objectives and a rigorous pursuit to achieve them
  • Hold Executive level strategic conversations with Enterprise brands
  • Plan and pursue Customer Success initiatives including lifecycle engagement tactics, client health and NPS outreach

Required Skills:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent 2+ years managing Enterprise level accounts
  • 7+ years relevant work experience in Customer Success, enterprise sales, or other related field (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Hands-on executive experience in an advisory role
  • Willingness to work PST hours with occasional after hours accessibility ad hoc
  • Experience effecting change throughout large, complex accounts at the most senior business and IT levels
  • Strong project management skills and experience executing against deadlines
