Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Lead Frontend Developer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading a team of frontend developers
  • Helping define the longer-term technical vision for scaling and maintaining our frontend codebase
  • Estimating complexity and dividing up tasks when new projects are brought to the team

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years professional experience developing modern web apps and/or mobile apps in React, React Native, Vue, Next.js or similar
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback on pull requests
  • Have strong writing and communication skills for documenting project requirements, and coordinating with other teams
  • Ability to weigh multiple solutions for a problem against business needs and time constraints
