Job Summary
You would join our team of remote phone agents, helping customers who have requested help with their debt online. We work with non-profit credit counseling agencies and other financial services and programs that fit customers to the best program for them and their type of debt issues. This is lead generation, so you should be comfortable with rebuttals.
Requested work commitment of 20 to 40 hours a week. Agents are independent contractors (1099), not employees.
You pick your availability and would only be scheduled within the availability you choose. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm MST (7-4 PST, 9-6 CST, 10-7 EST). We're closed for major holidays & weekends.
Our agents currently average just over $10/hour, including hourly pay of $8, plus bonuses.
We're a fun team, and we're looking for long term contractors. Must be reliable & dedicated, but no experience needed, we're happy to train the right individual(s) If this sounds like you, please shoot us an email, and we'll be in touch!

SKILL SET OVERVIEW:
Excellent listening and communication skills
Answer general customer questions, guidelines provided
Ability to follow a dynamic workflow
Marketing/lead generation experience preferred but not required
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 18 to apply
Must reside in the US
Must be reliable and dedicated
Comfortable with basic computer skills
Would like to work PT or FT as a 1099 contractor from home
Quiet home office/place to work, without background noise
