Job Summary

A grocery service is filling a position for a Remote Lead Grocery Web Product Designer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Leading all aspects of product design, such as user research, user experience, user interface, and interaction
• Developing prototypes to gather feedback, test new concepts, test stakeholder and customer assumptions for the best delivery solutions
• Providing mentorship and guidance to other designers, while evaluating and refining design approaches, processes, and operations

Qualifications Include:

• 6+ years of experience in Product Design, preferably at a marketplace company
• Strong experience with mobile-first design and responsive web apps is required
• Expert understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience with design related software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Zeplin, InVision
• Experience with mentoring and guiding other designers
