Job Summary
An information technology services company is filling a position for a Remote Lead Help Desk Technician.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Triaging incoming tickets
- Organizing help desk tickets submitted
- Providing weekly reporting encompassing the current status of the help desk
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must have experience working with DOD Lifecycle manaement and DOD 5000.1, 5000.2 and Guidebook
- Must have experience with OpenText systems
- 3+ years of helpdesk experience
- Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check
