Job Summary

An information technology services company is filling a position for a Remote Lead Help Desk Technician.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Triaging incoming tickets
  • Organizing help desk tickets submitted
  • Providing weekly reporting encompassing the current status of the help desk

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must have experience working with DOD Lifecycle manaement and DOD 5000.1, 5000.2 and Guidebook
  • Must have experience with OpenText systems
  • 3+ years of helpdesk experience
  • Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check
