Job Summary

A software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Lead Interaction Designer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Designing, developing and maintaining interactions, exercises, and technical assessment assets
• Sharing knowledge with others through solution documents
• Engaging with technical communities

Required Skills:

• 1-3 years of solid experience in software development with C#
• Previous experience working in an education or training setting
• Ability to create interactions and exercises for diverse set of audience backgrounds
• Understanding of basic assessment methodology
• Familiarity with eLearning authoring software, such as Articulate and Adapt
• Systematic problem-solving approach and a sense of ownership and drive
