Job Summary

A telecommunications services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Lead Operations Service Manager in Los Angeles.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing post-sales technical support to assigned customers
  • Demonstrating full technical knowledge of customer’s business and related communication needs
  • Creating, producing, and distributing performance management reports as appropriate

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5 years related experience
  • Microsoft Windows Server SME
  • 5 years experience in telecommunications support, maintenance and accountability
  • Proficient level of understanding of the content distribution capabilities from end to end
