Job Summary

A financial technology company is in need of a Remote Lead Product Support Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide in-depth product support by resolving incoming inquiries.
  • Respond to customer product inquiries
  • Troubleshoot problems with malfunctioning electro/mechanical equipment or software

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required for this role
  • Knowledge of Company products and services
  • Knowledge in programming, business analysis or implementation of software products
  • Extremely comfortable working with computers and a variety of applications
