Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Lead Service Delivery Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as the primary escalation point for Service Delivery Manager customer concerns
  • Working with Department Director to resolve customer concerns
  • Facilitating and coordinating communication between various customer stakeholders

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum five years of experience in a system administrator role
  • Minimum one year in a Business Analyst role or equivalent experience
  • Executive/Senior Management communication experience
  • Abililty to coordinate application of hotfixes, patches, and version upgrades
  • Ability to assist in new customer sales efforts
  • Ability to perform ad-hoc system training as needed
