Job Summary
A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Lead Service Delivery Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as the primary escalation point for Service Delivery Manager customer concerns
- Working with Department Director to resolve customer concerns
- Facilitating and coordinating communication between various customer stakeholders
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum five years of experience in a system administrator role
- Minimum one year in a Business Analyst role or equivalent experience
- Executive/Senior Management communication experience
- Abililty to coordinate application of hotfixes, patches, and version upgrades
- Ability to assist in new customer sales efforts
- Ability to perform ad-hoc system training as needed
