Job Summary

An animal healthcare company is in need of a Remote Lead Software Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Build a software platform to help doctors, veterinarians, and academic researchers
Be responsible for scalability, stability, technical design and implementation of platform
Help mentor junior engineers in execution of more challenging projects

Qualifications for this position include:

5-10 years of full stack development, with a significant amount of Ruby on Rails
Experience working and collaborating with diverse teams
Experience maintaining a full stack Rails application
Experience with front-end technologies including JavaScript
Experience configuring and maintaining infrastructure in AWS
Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
