Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Lead Software Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading a team of engineers and be accountable for planning, operating procedures, design and architectural patterns
  • Helping team members grow through mentoring, coaching, 1:1s, and performance appraisals
  • Promoting opportunities for refactoring and identify areas of optimization

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years’ software development experience and people management experience
  • Deep expertise in full stack development, ideally in an Agile environment with SaaS and/or micro services
  • Solid knowledge in Micro Frontend, React.js, C#, MS SQL, Hybrid (datacenter)
  • Experience with design principles such as SOLID/DRY design, Object-oriented design patterns
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
