Job Summary

A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Lead Solution Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Reviewing configuration & utilization of the Pro system & providing best practices to our customers to enhance their user experience
  • Partnering with engagement coordinator & other customer account team members to determine the level of engagement required
  • Working with our customers considered a retention risk, the main goal for the strategic engagement is improving their satisfaction

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 3 years of hands on UltiPro experience preferred
  • 5 – 10 years of experience in the HR/Payroll industry preferred
  • Proven track record with successful goals achieved with regards to retention and customer satisfaction
  • Business acumen, problem solving, and project management skills required
  • Advanced analytical skills to analyze data, do research, diagnose and solve diverse problems
  • Experience in handling difficult or sensitive situations
