An education company is in need of a Remote Lead Teacher Trainer in Herndon.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop a year-long professional development needs analysis and plan
- Conduct research and analyzes implementation and program outcomes
- Prepare Face to Face and virtual professional development opportunities
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
- Bachelors and 5 years experience in teaching/adult education or equivalent education and experience
- Understanding of effective training methodologies and a true passion for working with adult learners
- Microsoft Office; Web proficiency
- Ability to pass required background check
