Job Summary
An online fashion subscription and personal styling service has a current position open for a Remote Lead Technical Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Owning end-to-end recruiting process -- plan, job description creation, source, assess, and close
- Driving top-of-funnel talent pipelines and create robust networks with an emphasis on candidate diversity
- Building enduring recruiting capabilities by prioritizing programs and opportunities
Skills and Requirements Include:
- You have at least 8 years of full cycle recruiting experience in technology functions
- You are an experienced talent partner to leadership; driving improvements in talent acquisition strategy at every stage of your career
- You develop your own data analysis and reporting to provide insights and recommendations
- You bring an established network of top technical talent
- You operate with a high degree of empathy and integrity for both candidates and hiring partners
- You are a keen problem-solver, finding innovative and creative solutions to complex problems
