Job Summary

A civil engineering consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Lead Transmission Planning Studies Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing studies utilizing PSS®E, TARA, and/or other software packages
  • Coaching and mentoring other engineers within the company in the area of power systems studies

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, ABET accredited program, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 7 years of working experience
  • At least 3 years of experience directly related to US ISO/utility grid interconnection, planning studies, or power flow analysis
