Job Summary

A digital asset marketplace is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Lead UX Motion Designer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Championing a culture of user-centered design
• Defining and implementing the look and feel of products through motion and haptic design
• Providing patterns, best practices and guidance on animations and transitions

Qualifications Include:

• 6+ years of experience in UX motion Design
• Expertise of motion trends, tools and craft with an exceedingly high bar
• Experience working with product designers, design systems, and engineering
• Ability to work with a bias for action in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
• Proven track record of delivering successful motion and motion systems in digital products
