A software company has a current position open for a Remote Leadership Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing end-to-end leadership-level search engagements
- Conducting thoughtful and sophisticated candidate interviews
- Providing strategic and thought partnership to executive leadership
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 10+ years of search experience within a recruitment firm or in-house
- Experience partnering with team and hiring managers, including the executive team
- Ability to work across any job function (Tech, Biz, G&A, etc.)
- Experience in executive search within the tech industry or dynamic environment
- Proven experience in identifying, engaging, and closing senior-level passive candidates
