A software company has a current position open for a Remote Leadership Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing end-to-end leadership-level search engagements
  • Conducting thoughtful and sophisticated candidate interviews
  • Providing strategic and thought partnership to executive leadership

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 10+ years of search experience within a recruitment firm or in-house
  • Experience partnering with team and hiring managers, including the executive team
  • Ability to work across any job function (Tech, Biz, G&A, etc.)
  • Experience in executive search within the tech industry or dynamic environment
  • Proven experience in identifying, engaging, and closing senior-level passive candidates
