Job Summary

A defense and aerospace company is filling a position for a Remote Learning and Awareness Product Owner.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and lead the execution of learning and development strategy for data analytics and data science in the Enterprise
• Develop and lead the execution of awareness and marketing strategy for advancing data awareness in the Enterprise
• Managing the backlog for the agile team and prioritizing against stakeholder needs

Qualifications for this position include:

• Demonstrated ability for product ownership in an agile environment
• Practitioner familiarity with team collaboration and agile backlog tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
• Demonstrated exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
• Excellent project planning and resource management skills
• Strong critical thinking & problem-solving skills, including the ability to pivot based on business needs and requirements
