Job Summary

A business consulting and technology solutions provider is filling a position for a Remote Learning and Development Coordinator in Tempe.

Must be able to:

• Plan and manage logistical resources efficiently
• Maintain a master training calendar for multiple business units
• Assist with creating and sending learning surveys, reporting and analytics

Qualifications for this position include:

• Undergraduate degree and/or 3- 5 years related experience and/or training
• Proven ability to manage a variety of multiple projects and/or programs with high levels of complexity
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management and scheduling tools
• Proficient knowledge of LMS systems, accompanying applications and Microsoft O365 applications
• Familiarity with analytical tools such as PowerBI
• Attention to detail
