Job Summary
A software-as-a-service and customer experience management software development company is in need of a Remote Learning and Development Director.
Must be able to:
- Lead programs for employee training and development, enhancing company’s culture and contributing to the success globally
- Create a global L&D strategy including manager training, career planning, and enablement
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand the learning and development needs for specific business units and create training programs accordingly
Position Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of learning and development or relevant HR experience
- 2+ years of leading learning and development initiatives
- Experience creating and delivering learning and development content
- Experience measuring the effectiveness of learning and development programs
- Proven strong program management skills
- Ability to own the internal communication strategy for all learning and development programming ensuring strong awareness and enrollment
