A consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Learning and Development Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and leading Learning & Development initiatives
- Driving engagement and development at all levels of the organization
- Leading and managing the design, development and delivery of technical and soft skill learning programs and services
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading a corporate learning program
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential
- Proficiency working with a variety of multimedia training platforms
- Excellent team facilitation and presentation skills (platform skills)
