A digital product consultancy needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Partner Marketing Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading the learning design process for L&D that includes needs assessment and evaluation
- Assessesing the needs of learners and identifies knowledge gaps through in-depth research
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 8 or more years of learning and development experience with at least 3 years specific to learning design
- In-depth knowledge of adult learning, including learning styles and learning theories
- Experience in building learning content for large-scale programs
