Job Summary
A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Learning and Development Specialist II.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting full training needs analysis predominantly for single groups and intact teams for classes and/or events
- Driving design and development of training courses and curriculum
- Developing assessments, evaluations, and learning activities to evaluate overall training effectiveness
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Adult Education, HR, ISD, OD, Business or related field required
- 3 to 5 years of relevant, progressive work experience
- Strong project management, presentation skills and demonstrated ability to influence required
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory and instructional delivery options
- Microsoft Suite proficiency, specifically in Outlook and PowerPoint
- Experience with Enablement Sites (previously myTrailhead) and SalesForce
