A global digital therapeutics company is seeking a Remote Learning and Organizational Development Programs Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Aligning training approach with course objectives and participants needs
  • Facilitating learning, encouraging participation, and motivating learners
  • Identifying appropriate training approaches

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required with an advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in L&D
  • Broad HR knowledge and experience partnering with business leaders
  • Must be results-oriented and demonstrate strategic thinking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven experience designing, developing, and facilitating training in a business setting
