- Aligning training approach with course objectives and participants needs
- Facilitating learning, encouraging participation, and motivating learners
- Identifying appropriate training approaches
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required with an advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in L&D
- Broad HR knowledge and experience partnering with business leaders
- Must be results-oriented and demonstrate strategic thinking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven experience designing, developing, and facilitating training in a business setting
