Job Summary

A business services company has an open position for a Remote Learning and Performance Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working with the client project manager to assign resources to design work
  • Managing resources including hiring, on boarding, training, coaching, etc
  • Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that set goals and timelines can be met

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in learning and development and/ or client solutions
  • Experience using eLearning software, such as Captivate or Articulate Storyline 2
  • Ability to design solutions incorporating a variety of learning products
  • Excellent presentation development and proposal writing skills
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Flash, HTML principles
  • Experience with social media tools
