Job Summary
A customer service provider has a current position open for a Remote Learning and Performance Vice President.
Must be able to:
- Refine and execute the strategy for L&P practice in collaboration with other business segment leaders
- Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and review
- Build and sustain internal and external relationships and have the stature and credibility to interface at senior levels.
Position Requirements Include:
- 10+ years progressive leadership experience including responsibility for driving growth within a practice area
- Knowledge of advance learning techniques including artificial intelligence/machine learning, and how to integrate leading technologies
- Demonstrated history of innovation in learning and performance in a contact center environment
- Managerial experience with a high degree of skill in the go-to-market/sales functions, and be commercially astute
- Familiarity with business process outsourcing and/or IT outsourcing industry
