Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Learning Design Professional 2.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Analyzing and organizing content, and designing solutions
- Assisting in writing all training content development for the Member Services alignment
- Analyzing learning needs and provide input for course content
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel, 25-30%
- Less than 5 years of technical experience and/or instructional design experience
- Proficiency developing instructional content in Microsoft Office applications
- Progressive business and analytics experience with a focus on learning strategies and adult learning theories
- Prior work experience with instructional design and learning modules or materials to increase content conceptualization
- Experience using a wide variety of instructional designing tools
