Job Summary

A software development company specializing in retail communications is in need of a Remote Learning Experience and Instructional Designer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Translating business needs into training curriculum and enablement content for a wide audience
• Conducting needs analysis, design scalable learning solutions and guide
• Developing course content and evaluation strategies

Qualifications for this position include:

• 3+ years direct experience designing and developing training materials and content for instructor-led programs
• 3+ years experience with project management principles, and time management methodologies
• 2+ years experience working at a fast-paced SaaS organization, preferably in a rapid-growth startup environment
• Experience analyzing, building, and assessing curricula using data and research
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and proficiency writing instructional content
• Proficiency with word processor and presentation software applications including Pages and Keynote
