A software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Learning Experience Designer in Atlanta.
Must be able to:
- Develop standards for the development and deployment of courses and curriculum
- Work with teammates to develop course and curriculum design training for enablement specialists
- Conduct needs assessment and review instructional design standards
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5-7 years of proven instructional design experience
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a sales enablement organization
- Experience integrating theory and practice
- Experience translating complex concepts into an easy to understand and digestible format
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
