A document automation solutions firm has a current position open for a Remote Learning Services Training Program Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting customer education and internal enablement activities
- Marketing training opportunities to employees and customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in a customer facing role, preferable in the learning and enablement space
- Excellent time management skills, problem-solving skills, and both written and verbal communication skills
- Metric reporting and analysis experience using tools such as Excel or GoogleSheets
