Job Summary
An employee benefits solutions and consulting agency has an open position for a Remote Leave of Absence Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Entering and maintaining accurate Workday documents and absence calendars
- Maintaining master Leave of Absence log for all past, current, pending and upcoming leave cases
- Partnering with Benefits and Payroll to ensure proper leave payments and benefit deductions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum 1+ years' of Leave of Absence experience required
- Ability to garner and foster trust and credibility
- Ability to build and maintain strong business partnerships
- Knowledge and Understanding of Federal and State Leave laws and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
