Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Remote Legal Attorney.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Negotiating and resolving contract issues in all company lines of business
  • Advising personnel of the legal ramifications of past and proposed actions
  • Supporting business leaders and teams on various issues

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Juris Doctor - Graduation from A.B.A. accredited law school
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of related experience
  • Active membership in at least one state bar
  • Ability to draft and negotiate complex agreements
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and transactions at the same time
