Job Summary
A software technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Legal Counsel Member.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Engage and advise rapidly developing opportunities
- Proactively identify and resolve issues
- Assist in drafting commercial agreements
Position Requirements Include:
- J.D. and license to practice law in at least one state (in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law)
- 3 years of legal experience in private practice and / or in-house
- Strong ability to build relationships, gain credibility, and partner across functions
