Job Summary

A legal consulting firm is in need of a Remote Legal Operations Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Run tendering/RFP exercises to choose external counsel
  • Support negotiations with external counsel on large legal matters
  • Scope large legal matters and instructing external counsel

Required Skills:

  • Experience managing and running RFPs, specifically for legal matters
  • 7+ years of experience in a law firm, legal department, or professional services sector
  • High-level proficiency with MS Office and project management tools
  • Bachelor's degree required
