Job Summary

A legal software company is seeking a Remote Legal Software Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Mapping out the customer journey and constantly improve the customer-facing experience
  • Working with our customers to facilitate a smooth and efficient customer onboarding process
  • Identifying customer success metrics, and tracking and reporting on these with the product and engineering teams

Required Skills:

  • 1+ years in customer success
  • Detail oriented, you can spot typos from a mile away
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
  • Relationship management skills, build rapport with customers and proactively exceed customer expectations
  • Easily grasp how to use new software
